The hotel staff are consistently courteous and accommodating. The room with a balcony provides a spectacular view of the mountains and features a king-size bed. The breakfast offers a variety of goodies. The hotel's location is excellent, near downtown, a bar/restaurant, and the mall.

The hotel is newly renovated and modern, located in a peaceful area close to the mountains, various attractions, and restaurants. The room was well-maintained and the bathroom was clean. The staff was attentive and available most of the time. The location was convenient, only a short 20-minute walk from a large shopping mall. The service was top-notch and the food was delicious.

It is also a quick ride to the airport, allowing for seamless travel. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, offering various dining options for guests.

The noise levels from the ice machine and the possessed elevator can be disruptive at times.

We did not like the remoteness of the hotel. We had to drive several miles to restaurants in a very traffic-heavy area.

I was so impressed with the staff over Thankgiving holiday and congratulate your hotel manager for simplifying services to give your staff a bit of a holiday. I still felt that the service at the hotel was excellent.

Convenient location near major roadways. Updated rooms and nice pool and hot tub. Staff is friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities available. Potential for easy transportation to downtown area.

The location it offers is perfect, very close to Denver for a quick two day ski trip to vail, Red Rocks & restaurants and the mall. Brand-new, fantastic room complete with a balcony, a spectacular view.
